This is an announcement that A Gathering
will take place May 20th, 2000, starting at 1 P.M. and carrying on through the afternoon, at Hippy Hill in the panhandle of Golden Gate Park.

Bring: yourselves, your toys, blankets, pets, art,
            heart and soul and open minds; food for
            you and to share (some veggies among us)
            and drums or other musical instruments!

Expect: nothing, everything, something.

A few ideas: we could write an 'open letter' to the
wider community about who we are, our concerns
and how we plan to address them; you could learn
a few tips from DJs who are coming; we could
plan a phat rave pride parade...... you could learn
a little tai chi; you could bang a drum or perhaps receive a nice massage....or we could simply 
meet each other and have a good time together!
